Since October 13, 2015 up to March 2016, the number of digital library reader through i-Jakarta application has reached 16 thousand people.
We’ll keep inviting citizens reading at digital library
Tinia Budiati, Jakarta Head Library and Regional Archive, said iJakarta gets high attention from Jakarta citizens. She is optimistic that governor’s commitment to realize literature city and five million book title read by students could be reached this year.
“We’ll keep inviting citizens reading at digital library. Socialization is also held at schools,” she said, Thursday (3/17).
Library in SMPN 246 Lubang Buaya Needs RefreshmentVisiting digital library is easy. Firstly, citizens must download i-Jakarta application via website http://ijakarta.id. It can be done via android, iphone, and computer.
At this moment, average number of i-Jakarta reader is 100-200 people per day.
